What effects a stone of experience?

So I know that elixirs, guild exp shrine, and things like voice of the master effect the exp amount of a stone, but what else does? Do tomes of learning effect the FP amount? Vip bonus? Weekend xp bonus? Anything else?

VIP bonus does, tomes and weekend bonuses do not.

That said there was a thread in the last few days where someone claimed they did not get the expected bonuses, but I haven't seen anyone else mention the same issue so that may have been an isolated bug.

Thanks! I got my bonus xp. The only ‘bug’ I saw was the stone was enough to cap me at 30, and the display said it would give me level 29 with 8.25m xp to go to level 30.

Needless to say, I got level 30.

Currently the maximum possible bonus is +70%...

50% XP potion.
5% Voice of the Master (or similar item/augment).
5% ship buff.
10% VIP bonus.

These are the only bonuses I am aware of that will boost the XP gained from an XP stone.

Correct generally, though there are specific instances when VIP can be higher. For example it was 15% recently, giving a total of 75%, though that may have been due to the compensation issued for Thelanis roll-back issues. I can't recall tbh. Normal max is 70%.
