    Default Double Billed

    I purchased Sharn expansion and was billed twice. How do I get a refund or at least in-game credit? I wrote customer service but haven't heard anything. I'm a bit frustrated as this shouldn't happen but when it does a customer should be refunded quickly.

    Thanks for the link. I did submit last week through this portal but I don't think it worked because I needed to confirm my email address. This time I got an email confirmation the request was received so hopefully it will get resolved.

    For what it's worth, I had the same issue. Double billed for sharn, had trouble with the confirmation, etc. Once that was solved, they got back to me in less than 24 and it was fixed.
