yes. shared bank/crafting storage is server based, not guild based.

Your crafting storage and the account bank is only for characters on your account, so yes.
It would be nice if a guild would have a shared bank and guild members could use that for crafting etc. but it is of course not easy to implement such a feature.

Shared bank is linked to your personal game account that server, not the guild at all.

However, I guess if you were willing to spend the time/money you could have have multiple single-person guilds on your account each linked to a different bank character & have both character & guild storage that only you were able to access & oh my god how did I not think of this already to solve my storage needs?
