Chat and Who List issues are back

Funny thing is this time my chat came back about 10-15 minutes into the login but who list remained empty for the evening.
Dunno what happened but pls undo this asap.

So the "failed to join chat" problem is fairly frequent for me on Ghallanda.
The who list problem I have not encountered.

Confirmed (to some extent).

On Thelanis, I witnessed a player join a group late, and while the pre-existing party members could all read the party /chat, the new player clearly could not. Kept asking questions, and got answers, but then they'd ask again and again. When people started asking "Can you read this?" and the latecomer asked their previous question again - repeatedly - it was pretty clear what was happening.

They never went away for me. On Argo.

They never went away for many people. I haven't been able to use chat on Thelanis since the problems started. Months ago.

I would just like to add +1 to the sentiment of this thread. Topics like this come up OFTEN in groups I'm in.

To any SSG Devs that may read this, know that these thoughts come from a place of love.
