my account is not honoring my past expansion packs

For some reason I cannot create Iconic characters anymore. I purchased the Shadowfell Conspiracy pack even got the Legendary version but my account isn't showing that currently.
On my account page all it shows is:
Mists of Ravenloft™ Ultimate Fan Bundle
Stormreach™ Standard

I purchased Menace, shadowfell, and sharn (awhile ago)

In game, logged into the world on a character, what does the store say? Are these items for purchase or not?

No, I cannot purchase those iconic characters in the store. In the store account history it shows:

No, I cannot purchase those iconic characters in the store. In the store account history it shows:

When you try to make a new character that is an Iconic, is the option greyed out with the store icon on the selection tab in the Character Creation screen?
