Updated recipes for heroic Alchemical items

Has anyone crafted a Tier 3 Mystical item at the Cannith Binding Station? I have been updating the recipes in the DDOwiki, and when I checked the recipe for Tier 3 Mystical items at the Cannith Binding Station I saw something unexpected. It said that you need a Tier 2 item, a Volatile Alloy and a Mercurial Compound. Based on what the recipe was before the Alchemical Crafting pass and what the recipe for Tier 3 Martial items is now, I would have expected the recipe to be a Tier 2 item, 2 Mercurial Compounds and 5 tokens of the Twelve. Which recipe actually works in the Cannith Binding Station?

I read that as well on the wiki and I created the volatile and the mercurial and ended up not needing either one of those. I don't know if it was because I was crafting a weapon or not? But all I needed was Durable, 2 Fortified and 5 tokens of the twelve.
