The weather needs to be appropriate to the region you are in - Snow in Sands of Menechtarun - I don't think so

And seasons revered Southern and Northern Hemisphere

And honestly when I am freezing - I like running around a warm beach in DDO.

I would prefer that they match as long as the do match. Running Halloween events at the end of November (as was done on Lotro) doesn't count as matching seasons.

I like this question- I never thought about it before.

I think I would like to see the cycle in game slightly compressed- 10 months to reality's 12, maybe.

The blue tinge really made me smile this year when I logged on in GH. I'd love to see some other seasonal affects introduced but the Winter Affect was really well done- a high bar.

I like the seasons to match somewhat. However, living in Northern MN I kinda get sick of winters easily so please don't make the wintry season in-game 6 months like it is here. T_T

Given that a lot of us are living in different "seasons", I say keep the game seasons to their own schedule. If I wanted to experience my own weather, I'd just go... *outside*

To be honest, I don't really care one way or the other.

I think it needs to be consistent with the setting. Faerun can have seasons, but Xen'drik is a jungle, so unless some crazed wizard or dragon is messing around it should always be hot and humid.
