So, i've been playing on and off since 2006 , i still have the wayfinder scepter from the event. I was an avid fan of this game took a break and decided to come back with my friends who i convinced to get into the game. everything was going great until i decided to transfer off my home server of Sarlona.

https://www.ddo.com/en/world-character-transfer-guide , i used this guide on the website before i made my purchase. if you notice it has no mention of favor. not thinking of anything because i read the full guide I make my purchase to find i can't play the character i transfered. who would pay for a transfer then not be able to just play? no one.

I reached out to customer service to get the worst response in all my years of gaming , not EA not Blizzard Not anyone gave me the results i got at Standing Stone Games, I asked for a simple resolution to the misinformation of the service, what is the response? nothing we can't do that sorry. I just gave your company 95 usd. and you can't help my issue and wanted me to spend more? All i want at this point is a refund for the amount and forget this issue. I've been a member on both lotro and DDO , never had an issue for 14 years until now. I remember when the inspired quarter was the starter area before it all. I remember the passion here at DDO. I'm more sad that the game i love and was wanting to revitalize with more members has the worst customer service i've met in my personal history. I don't care if you ban my account. I just want my money back for the misinformation on your website. Thank you for your time, and i hope no other player ever gets into the mess i have with this lack of service. Thank you.
