There are epic vitality augments. They're just available differently. You don't get it in exchange for epic tapestries, but you can still get +48 HP at 28.

Edit: Huh. I somehow missed that the Minos Legens augment stacks with the False Life augments/enchantments. I have an extra 20 HP now.

I like that this patch brought a small bit of relevance back to Heroic Orchard...20 Vit augments are likely always going to be a small but important part of any Heroic gearset, worth grinding out 20 Taps.

I'd love to see the same done for Epic Orchard, even though its already more relevant than Heroic just as a slayer zone.
