Can I retrieve my cosmetic item?

Hello, I came back to DDO recently and decided to purchase a VIP. I made few chars and deleted them after with the same name because they were fast-made to only check how the skin colors look inside the game out of the creator (dont ask XD). Then I decided to play and I bought a cosmetic armor (out of obvious reasons xD).. But then it turned out I picked my stats kinda wrong... I forgot the stash tab isn't shared between the characters so I put that cosmetic armor into stash and I deleted the character. I made a new one, with a different name though.. and I checked the stash on the new one, and nothing was there obviously...

So I went into sad mode and made an online support question to ask if there's any chance to retrieve that item and I got redirected into the in-game Help button.. I made a ticket and the response was quick - go to the character Undelete section.. So I made a ticket there - and I described that I made a bunch of Barbarian I characters called "Ithrille" but it was the last one I made and deleted.. I got no response for few days so I made a new ticket but there was no response too ;/

Can I somehow get that character undeleted or its too hard to figure which one it was? If so, is it forever lost or can I get a refund for my stupidity and buy it again? *sad*
