    Default Purchased Sharn Ultimate Fan Bundle Last Night --- Still haven't received...

    I thought maybe it'd take up to an hour, but I'm still checking my email today for the code and nothing. Any ideas how long I will have to wait for it to process?

    What did you figure out. I just ordered it too half an hour ago and still waiting for it to process.
    Now an hour, on the plus side my bank shows it pending so I haven't been charged yet.
    I didn't put my middle initial in, wonder if that screwed it up.

    The following worked for me:
    1) On ddo.com click on the Markets tab
    2) Scroll to the bottom and click on Find Your Order
    3) Enter the info you need to find your order
    4) You should be taken to a screen that has any outstanding game codes; log into a character, load the in-game store and enter any codes you see (you can C&P, thank goodness)

    Thankyou, this worked! I overlooked the code and wouldn't have known what do with it anyway. That was weird, it showed up on LOTR market page too.

    The code could be hidden very well within one of your e-mails.

    Mine was alwas behind the words "Digitale Rechte" (German), which would translate as "Digital Rights". I really have no idea, why.

    Just try out any funny looking strings of letters and numbers from your e-mails in the in-game DDO store.

    Did you ever get an answer to this? I used PP and I'm on day 4 of waiting for my email and I've received no reply from C/S. Digital River told me to go away "we don't handle C/S just payment". I've opened a ticket and that was 3 days ago w/o a reply. Super awesome C/S here.
