Need Build help on old build

I am hoping I can get help trying to resurrect an old toon and making it current. I tried running him last night and he definitely seemed to underperform.

He is a level 23 first life Bladeforge Fighter12/ Paladin4/ Favored Soul4 and is a THF build.

I tried running him last night and a lot of the AP had been reset, I am assuming due to class tree updates.

If anyone has any advice on how to rebuild him so I can help pull my weight in a group, I would greatly appreciate it!
