    Be more specific.
Do you want a full build or itembuild?
Do you want a healbot, a FvS Inquisitor, a healer DC caster, a healer DPS caster?
What do you mean by updated? Feywald stuff?

Hmm, I've rummaged through Feywild items, and haven't found anything interesting besides Gloryborne Gloves, which have Sacred Spell Focus Mastery +2.
So if you have a good Sharn gear setup, you just need to shuffle your gear to include these gloves. Too bad we had a perfect item in the gloves slot - Gilded Gloves of Sanctity.

Eminience of Autimn seems like the set designed for casters, but it gives artifact bonuses, and for DC caster they are the same as Flamecleansed Fury (+4 artifact wisdom, +3 artifact spell DC).

Regarding these new augment sets, I haven't looked into them yet, but as far as I know the augments can go into any non-set item, so they're probably independent from gear considerations.

This is where I would start from. I know it looks janky.

update: swapped Celestial Topaz for Celestial Sapphire, this way we don't need the augment that requires ingredient from an unpopular raid (Epic Litany of the Dead)

I like magaiti's setup. I am going to show you what I have for gear on a deeper alt that doesn't have much power from past lifes and reaper.

You are generally expected to fill 2 roles in a party with a healer, either healing and dc casting, healing plus tankish, or healing and dps. It's much easier to build a DC caster that can kill mobs with implosion, mass frog, destruction and slay living (enlarged) vs. dps. Tanking and healing is another option and certainly very survivable in casual raids and some reaper runs. Alchemists are better at dps + healing than fvs so I would go that direction if you want healing + dps. Favored souls are way better at healing although I've heard people argue the opposite -but from what I've observed FVS is better.

Wisdom is slightly better due to mass frog but charisma is easier to gear with and has a potentially higher DC potential. Mass frog still works on many constructs and undead but is less effective. Mass Frog is generally less useful in newer harder content as a main instakill spell so I value it less than I did a few years ago.

You might even want to use 2 gear setups for healing difficult content (focus on avoiding death) and another more balanced setup.

If you want to focus on DC and healing don't sweat the exceptional or artifact spellpower or lore. The gear tetris is really hard to try and spec for dc, dps and healing as cladding of dead leaves is the easiest way to make that happen and you will lose to defense to make that work. The magewright cloak dropped for my fvs (passed actually) so now I have the 2 piece set. With only the goggles and cloak set aside for the +4 wisdom/charisma and +4 spell dc artifact bonus and the cloak actually has your quality charisma bonus on it. Then add a 4 piece winter set to stay alive and if you can fit in a 3 piece autumn set great - but I don't think it's worth it. your healing should be more than fine esp if you focus on the beacon of hope tree rather than angel of vengeance. I used to take heavy armor proficiency when the only good insightful wisdom item was on heavy armor, but I don't think it's needed currently - you get too little benefit from it.

Charisma 22 + quality DC II bonus, Sigil of regalport
Ins charisma 10 and profance DC II bonus, Ins Res 8: The Legendary Shattered Onyx
Wizardry 453, Quality Charisma +5: Legendary Magewright Cloak
Constitution 21, Profane Well Rounded: Legendary Celestial Sapphire Ring
Ins Con 10, Quality Con 5, Perm FOM, Fort 17: Legendary Deepsnow Boots
Radiance 214, Devotion 214, +1 quality bonus PRR per religious feat, Quality Res 4 Sacred Spell Focus II: Gloryborne Gloves
Spell Pen 9, Int 21, Illusion 9, Ins Illusion 5: Legendary Magewright's Goggles - useful for 11 splash to get greater color spray

Fill it in with 3 more winter pieces, legendary cold iron bracers, tower shield, medium armor perhaps. Legendary Arcsteel Brim for Magical Sheltering and Ins Magical Sheltering, There are plenty of other setups and this one lacks insightful PRR which you can possibly get in a trinket or go with shield feats to give more defenses.

People with many reaper points and past lifes can give up alot of things to have more offense which is certainly a good choice. You can swap in a weapon for boss fights (give up dc/spell pen gain more dps). I have been using this build on a deep alt and it's working well, but I had to go more defensive to surivive without all the reaper points and past lifes on this alt. When dps is needed I just swap out the dc sceptre for more dps.

If you have alot of defense and hp from past lifes and reaper you can look at cladding of dead leaves and start with that to try more of an offense focused build with DC and DPS forgetting about the winter gear.

Gear Tetris is strong with this game.

You can potentially run in 3 different destinies depending on the party needs - magister, exalted angel and unyielding sentinel. Exalted Angel is a balanced destiny helping healing and dc while unyielding sentinel is more for survivability + healing mode. Magister is a more advanced destiny for max DC on a charisma build.

Anyhow fvs is fun and you can customize depending on how much character power you have - and be effective regardless as long as you focus on 2 things.

Anyhow I am not trying to provide an improvement to Magaiti's setup, just showing you an alternate set up for a focus on just DC, survivability and healing for a "not-so-powerful alt" you want to raid with and run reapers - and still pulling your weight.

Gloryborne gloves can also be swapped out for healing, healing amp gloves when DC is overkill. It's one of those items people loved to see (new unique DC bonus) and hated to see at the same time. And don't forget dc augments stack with all of this so you will want to get those from gianthold also.

If a raid leader wants to dps be sure to fully disclose you focus on healing, DC for instakills and survivability. I've never been asked to swap to a higher dps toon, but have one in your arsenal just in case (maybe alchemist if you like healing).

I have other spells and need them for some content, but my go-to healing is healing wall on the party, thow in some beacon of grace and mass cure moderate fully meta'd slas. Pass out hopes to the tank. Kill stuff. Stay alive. Fairly straight forward.

Cocoon and heal slas are great spot healing, but I often use mass cure moderate sla instead to hit more people.

Important for a healer you need to be a little thick skinned as people will throw you under the bus when they die. Just respond softly that you threw as many heals as you could as fast you could but damage was just too much too fast to heal through. You will never talk a fool into understanding they have a responsibility as well. Don't even try to reason with them - the same for people that claim all the credit for emergency heals. I hear people all the time saying "your welcome" when someone was healed with my heals and says "thanks for the heals". I could see the #s above them. Ignore those people don't confront -such is the way it goes when healing - Ignore the noise and just do your job competently. Sometimes it gets confusing as multiple people throw heals at the same time.

On a side note don't look at the fvs link in my sig - it's way out of date - not sure when I will have time to update it as I am focused on a few other builds right now.

I knew something was off with my build. Celestial Sapphire Ring works better that Celestial Topaz, as you get Profane Well Rounded on it, so no need for an expensive new augment.
Just had to swap crafted Constitution/Wisdom between ring and goggles. Updated my gear setup.

Best race is Aasimar, because they have +2 wisdom and wisdom in cores.

AP distribution is hard to tell.
Beacon of Hope T5 and Core 6 are best for healing, but Angel of Vengeance T5 and Cores 5,6 are best for DC casting.
You can max and match, take AoV capstone but Beacon T5, but then you will not have enough AP for Aasimar racial tree, unless you have a ton of racial pastlives.

Healing Feats: Quicken Spell, Enlarge Spell, Empower Healing Spell

DC Casting: Decide if you want to push Necro (Destruction, Slay Living, Undeath to Death) or Evocation (Soundburst, Cometfall, Implosion).
DC Casting Feats: Past Life: Wizard (if you have it), Completionist (if you have it), Heighten Spell, Spell Focus: Evocation or Spell Focus: Necromancy (choose one or both if you have room)

Take Spell penetration feats if you need them and have room. Aim for 60 Spell Pen at 30. The formula is class level + bonuses
For example my breakdown is (26 class levels (20 levels + 6 from Angel Destiny), 3 destiny enhancements , 2 twist (arcane hymn), 5 past lives (2 wizard, 1 fvs), 5 reaper enh, 3 class/race enhancements, 15 items, 1 ship, 1 filigree)

21 Epic : Great Ability: Wisdom
    24 Epic : Embolden Spell
26 Destiny: Epic Spell Power: Positive or Toughness
27 Epic : Great Ability: Wisdom
    28 Destiny: Mass Frog
    29 Destiny: Deific Warding
30 Epic : Great Ability: Wisdom
30 Legend : Scion of: Plane of Air (Evoc) or Shadowfell (Necro)

if Cleric : Air Domain or Death Domain

Deity: Aureon or Helm. Both give temporary +4 wisdom buff at class lvl 6.

    Destiny (24 AP)

    Exalted Angel
    1. Endless Faith III, Healing Power II, Wisdom
    2. Wisdom
    3. Piercing Spellcraft III, Wisdom
    4. Blood and Radiance I, Wisdom
    5. Leap of Faith (only for Clerics), Wisdom
    6. Reborn in Light, Wisdom

Twists of Fate (31 fate points)
    1. Arcane hymn (Tier 3 Fatesinger)
    2. Renewal (Tier 3 Sentinel)
    3. School Specialist: Evocation or Necro (Tier 2 Magister)
    4. Wisdom
    5. Wisdom

    filigrees:
    1 Celerity/Vigilance: +2 Wisdom (weapon)
    1 Celerity/Vigilance: +2 Wisdom (minor artifact)
4 Otto (any, there's no wisdom ones)
4 Eye of the Beholder (wisdom in weapon + wisdom in minor artifact, 2 any)
remaining slots, if any: random wisdom filigrees

    Default Charisma build

As requested via pm I am posting a charisma option for a player for a survivable healer, dc caster

Main Stat: Charisma (Grace of Battle) - All Level Ups
    Race: Dragonborn

    Feats

    1) Evocation Focus (For Soundburst, Implosion and others)
    3) Shield Mastery
    6) Spell Penetration
    7) I usually take HP over spell points and focus on slas for healing, but you can always use your free feat swap to change this if you are running into sp problems
    9) Empower Healing
    12) Quicken
    15) Improved Shield Mastery
    18) Tower Shield Proficiency
    21) Improved Spell Penetration
    24) Embolden
    26) Spell Power Positive
    27) Enlarge
    28) Mass Frog
    29) Arcane Pulse
    30) Epic Spell Penetration
    30) Scion of the Plane of Air

    Enhancement Split:

    Beacon of Hope: 41
Dragonborn: 18 (for +3 to evocation and conjuration DC)
Feydark Illusionist: 11 (for greater color spray, charisma, MRR boost)
War Soul: 8 (for hp and PRR)

The extra 2 is discretionary, possibly for more healing amp and hp in dragonborn or another wing option for kiting.

    Main Destiny: Exalted Angel
Twists: Legendary Master of Evocation, Legendary Shield Mastery (15 PRR), Renewal (to heal others), Rejuvenation Cocoon (if you find you don't need renewal to conserve sp you can instead take arcane hymn)

Main cc spells: Greater Color Spray, Soundburst
Mass Kill: Implosion, Undeath to Death, Mass Frog (since cha based use only on constructs and undead)
    Instakill: Destruction, Slay Living

Primary Heals: Use meta'd SLAs as much as you can.

It would be great to fit in maximize and empower for slas. You can always swap those in for the spell pen feats, but you might run into problems landing DC spells in some content.

For Filigree you want ottos + eye of the beholder + all charisma, as many +2 charisma as possible. There is currently a bug allowing you to use the same +2 charisma filigree in different items - so one in weapon and one in artifact. You may need to unslot if they fix that. Until then you can fit up to 4 +2 charisma filigree in your artifacts. I find I can heal everyone fine with this setup without maximize and empower.

Why I used charisma minor artifact in my wisdom setup: It's just gear tetris.
We have 3 wisdom minor artifacts:
Band of Diani ir'Wynarn - bracers, competes with Flamecleansed Fury set item, Hallowed Castigators.
Radiant Ring of Taer Valaestas - ring, does not have quality spell focus mastery, so if we use it, we have to dedicate another slot to quality spell focus mastery item.
Gilded Gloves of Sanctity - gloves, competes with Gloryborne Gloves, which is currently the only item that has sacred spell focus mastery.

By the way, charisma is probably superior to wisdom, for FvS. You can use Dragonborn race for +2 racial charisma, +2 charisma in cores, and +3 to evocation in racial tree.
You can push your DC with Magister destiny, which you can setup to have +6 dc in cores, +6 in chosen school, and take up to 4 charisma as well. Magister doesn't have wisdom.
Angel, too, has +2 charisma toggle. There is no festive charisma augment though, so it cancels out.

Also, currently there is only one kind of +2 wisdom raid filigree, but 2 kinds of +2 charisma filigrees, so (since we can put same filigree in weapon and artifact) we can have more charisma in filigrees than wisdom.
This is, of course, only relevant if you have enough threads of fate from raids to purchase them, and have 11-12 filigree slots (3 art and 8-9 weapon), since first 8 slots should be dedicated to filigree sets that give DC bonuses (Otto and Eye of the Beholder).

Also, I didn't realize that shields have certain properties to them, like just wearing large or tower shield doubles your PRR/MRR versus effects that have save vs reflex, and they also give some PRR passively.
Because of this, it's probably worth using a large/tower shield instead of orb.
I have quality wisdom in my orb, but you can craft it on boots instead. Or just go with charisma based build.

For questing I recommend following AP splits:
Aasimar: 16 racial (for Protector bond), 41 Angel of Vengeance (for DCs and Cometfall SLA), 23 Beacon of Hope (core 4 + cha/wis or Hope for Victory)
Dragonborn: 18 racial (for +3 evoc DCs), 41 AoV, 21 Bacon (core 4)

    For raiding:
16/18 racial, 41 Beacon of Hope for healing, 12 falconry for Conditioning (+5% hp), 8/10 as you see fit (7 harper for +1 cha or War Soul for +10 prr)
