"Your character could not be saved"

Came back about a week ago, I get this error message when I try to log into my main character. I asked support, they said they fixed it, then closed my ticket. Nothing has changed, still getting the same error message, can't log into my character. *** is this? What can I do? I reopened a ticket, but this is ********. It really, truly looks like they don't give a ****.

I just now was able to log into my character. It wasn't the case earlier today. Seems my issue was resolved.
