Are there currently any Argonessen guilds that cater to players who are sort of flower sniffers. By flower sniffer I mean the player:

- doesn't run Reaper mode
- doesn't run quests at difficulty levels above their capability just to maximize chances of named gear
- likes to take a quest a little more slowly to get all the optionals and look at the scenery
- likes to run raids where folks have a chance to socialize and joke around
- hates it when most of the party suffers multiple deaths from going into the quest at too high a level, even if the quest is eventually completed
- likes to run old content even though the gear is outdated
- hates running the same quest over and over to the point of screaming from boredom, just to get a specific piece of gear
- has no use for the headlong rush to TR and get to completionist
