Your way:
5 Hours leveling heroic
5 hours to level in slayers with 960 DDO points in slayer pots,
12 hours at cap in high reaper
22 hours of experience * 67 points per hour = 1474 DDO points of XP potions
Result bit less than 1M RXP in 22 hours @ 2434 DDO point cost
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My way x1.6 lives
5 Hours leveling heroic x1.6
10 Hours leveling epic in R6 x 1.6
15 hours of experience x 1.6 * 67 points per hour = 1608 points
Result 960k RXP in 24 hours @ 1608 DDO point cost
--------------------------------------------------------------------
However, we can use those DDO points for 1/5 of an heroic box 999 ddo points (1/5th of 4995 points) to take an hour off of leveling and the leveling xp potion 67 point cost to yield:
1608 DDO point cost + 999 (1/5th box) - 67 (reduced xp pot time needed due to box)
Result 960k RXP in 23 hours @ 2540 DDO point cost

So your way is 4% more efficient in terms of time and 4% more efficient in terms of DDO point expenditure than my way, when viewed solely for RXP accumulation.
For past life accumulation, my way is 45% more efficient than your way.
However, nerfquisitor is a weak build, and on a weak build, I am within a few % of your efficiency. That is one of the points of this paradigm. I can use it on weak builds I enjoy, and still progress, albeit 4% slower than you with 4% higher DDO point expenditure. However, I don't have to solely use it on weak builds,
