Default I was charged for purchasing several expansions, but my account has not been updated.

I purchased the ultimate Feywild expansion, and I DID get that.

Then I decided to buy several other expansions for bling and utility items.

The second purchase was over $250.

    My bank account was charged.

I do not yet have the expansions on my account.

I would really appreciate an immediate response to this issue. A direct phone number contact to someone who can fix the issue would be nice.

I suspect the problem is that I used different email addresses for the two purchases. Apparently the Feywild expansion is sold directly and the other stuff is sold through a different vendor? The purchase screens AND the billing names on my bank account were different.

    purchase # 102355645513

Yes. I understand it is Thanksgiving, but I believe it would be appropriate for an immediate resolution to happen since DDO took my money and gave me nothing.

If DDO had a sane store system that rejected problem purchases BEFORE charging customers, then I could simply correct whatever data it didn't like and resubmit the purchase.

Feywild you got directly to your account (new marketplace)

Old marketplace give you codes that you redeem. So check that email and use the codes.

Five hours after I was billed, I received the codes. Now I just have to figure out how to enter them.

Shouldn't be very difficult. Just haven't done it before.

I take that back. I have to enter the game, enter the store, enter the codes, and then somehow find the item that it said it generated in order to activate it to get the expansion pack.

The problem being that the item does not appear to be anywhere in the active character's inventory (plenty of space for it)

Nor is there an email with the item.

Nor is there any way to see if I have the expansion enabled, as far as I can tell.

Nor am I getting the expansion pack items, or notifications on how to get them.

Is it REALLY that hard to design a decent e-store?

Log out and then log back in. The items should be in your inventory.

As for design of a decent e-store... welcome to DDO, programming performed by the lowest common denominator.
