Legendary Dreaming Dark Update With Raid

Coinlord favor is essential, the dreaming Dark deserves some revamping as it is, some half way decent items come from it while it provides a good chunk of the coinlords favor you need to open up your character storage slots if you are playing an iconic hero, you will be hard pressed to skip coinlords favor quests when around the appropriate levels, after all you have other content to run that actually drops updated loot and the experience gained from that content will put you over the appropriate level, meaning you would be running the Dreaming Dark content without the level of gain you'd otherwise get.

Updating the dreaming dark content (And inspired quarters) content to include a legendary version of the quests with updated loot would remedy this problem.

I don't care much for the favor, but I really like the flavor of the inspired quarters quests. So I fully support the idea of updating this content. The quests are really fun - just ran them recently to farm out Rahl's Might (plan to use it as a cosmetic for my next Henshin Mystic life).

What I would like to see changed / added:
- update the heroic quests to make them more difficult
- add epic/legendary versions of the quests
- bring the heroic loot to the current item levels, they are only good for cosmetics at the moment
- update the dreamforge recipes and add new recipes

This could also be a good opportunity to introduce a psionic universal enhancement tree (most of the content there is dealing with the quori, so it would make perfect sense).
- add 'Wild Talent' universal enhancement tree
- add customizable psi crystals that start as a level 1 item and grow with you gaining experience and abilities. The crystals would loose their abilities and experience when the character is true reincarnated. You should have an option to converse with the psi crystal to select what abilities it should manifest (selected based on its current level and powers).

The psionic enhancement tree could serve as a test bed to experiment with psionics - and to see if a full psionic class is a viable concept later... in the meantime we could get access to some neat psionic abilities like mind blast, inertial barrier or psionic defenses like intellect fortress to protect against psionic ability drain and other mental attacks.
