Looking for old account

My wife used to play years ago and would like to return, but she cannot recall her account name.

Is there a way to determine which account owns a character?

She knows she had a character named "Gorenac" on Sarlona.

We did a login recall and she has two accounts associated with her email (ryknao and rykna1) and we recovered the passwords for both, but when we login, they have no characters.

Is it possible her old characters were deleted? I would have thought that they would still be there.

Just in case it's a matter of misplaced, versus missing, ie, forgotten which server the character was on, you can hit the Server Transfer button during the log in process, and it will tell you how many characters you have on each server.

This ... doesn't sound like your issue, but, just in case....

I returned after a decade, and had a handful of characters in various places, and that helped me track down where everything was. Zero DDO Points, but still a couple characters at various low levels.
