Legendary Alchemical Crafting Question

I just added Tier 3 Earth Transmutation focus to my Alchemical Orb and I'm a little disappointed with the result.

The crafting station gave me two options for T3 Earth: Transmutation Focus, both were identical.

The result is that I got a red augment slot when the Wiki indicates that it should have been green.

Now, I understand that the Wiki is a work in progress by volunteer contributors (thanks volunteers, you do a great job) and mistakes can happen and I could accept this if there weren't 2 identical options to choose from, neither of which indicates that an augment slot will be added at all.

So here's my question: Is the Wiki wrong or does one of the identical options for T3 Earth: Transmutation Focus add a green slot? If the latter then why isn't it indicated at the crafting station?

This is a much larger conversation about how Feywild was not finished when released, still isn't finished, and still won't be finished for a very long time.
