Can't Acquire Ascension Chamber

In a past life, I received my Completed Sigil Frame from doing the Necropolis Part 4 quests. This life, I did my 4 Litany boss runs at level 11 to flag for Ascension Chamber. I then could not take the raid because I was only level 11, which was too low. At level 14 I went to grab Ascension Chamber, as the quest giver, Sir Rohine Stiedra, had a golden chalice (with the red border for a raid) above his head, however, I was not able to acquire the quest. At level 16 I then ran the 4 Necropolis Part 4 quests just to make sure I didn't also need those for flagging. I still could not take the quest. I then reran Litany of the Dead and destroyed the 4 crystals for the High Priest of Vol, but still cannot take the raid. I ALSO cannot Abandon Litany of the Dead and rerun as the quest is "non-repeatable" according to the game message (provided in attached picture). Ascension Chamber is also not able to be Shared with me (non-shareable quest). Without doing a True Resurrection, does anyone know how to unbreak this raid-giver? (I have already submitted a Bug Report)

Hmm, When you talk to Sir Rohine Stiedra what does he say in his dialogue box?

Did you red door Litany by any chance?
The fist chalice on his head is for Litany, the next one for the raid, iirc. And you have to destroy the crystals for all objectives not just Vol again like you did at the first run-through.

Only solution I know is a GM helping you out, so put a ticket in. But that is highly unlikely because as I had problems with that chain in the past the GMs didn't know or understand anything about the mechanic of the flagging.

You can get into Litany without it being red door? i.e., you have the completed sigil that lasts every life in inventory.
You did Litany 4 times, each time doing a different end boss?
At the defeat of each of the four end bosses, you also went out the door and destroyed the crystal?

Do you have the other sigil in your inventory? Maybe the flagging is conflated between the two? Try moving the completed sigil to the bank, then talk to him?

Also, have you tried to enter Ascension chamber? I mean, gone to the door and clicked on it? Just to be sure.

Flagging for the Ascension Chamber raid involves running Litany of the Dead four times. You have to run each of the optionals and smash the crystals in each of the four towers.

Showing the Completed Sigil (or Fused Sigil from a past life) to Sir Rohine is required before you can run Litany. The four Orchard quests are where the Sigil pieces drop, but if you have the Sigil from a past life you can skip those. The four quests are just a source for Sigil pieces, not actually part of the raid flagging.

If you have a Sigil from a previous life, when you talk to Sir Rohine the first time he still gives you an empty Sigil Frame. You can toss this and talk to him again with the completed Sigil in your inventory and he will give you Litany.

After you have Litany, talking to Sir Rohine will tell you which of the four bosses you still have to beat to flag for the raid.

I cannot even open a dialogue with Rohine. No, you can't red door litany. I did all the 4 crystals. You should also still be able to open a dialogue with Rohine until the quest is complete.

I did litany 4 times, destroying the crystals each time. I wouldn't have been able to turn in the Litany of the Dead quest and have it marked as completed unless I did all of the crystals.

No I made sure I have no other sigils in my inventory. Putting the sigil in the bank was a good suggestion actually. I just tried it though with no luck. I am still not able to open a dialogue with Rohine.

Yes, already have my completed sigil, as shown in the picture. I have done the four runs of Litany, as described in my post. I destroyed the crystals each time. Otherwise, the quest wouldn't be marked as completed.

From the looks of it, it's a bug that probably has to do with you being eligible for Ascension Chamber when underlevel. If you talked to Sir Rohine after completing Litany he probably advanced the quest but also didn't. I don't think anyone will have a workaround because not a lot of people flag for Abbot under lvl 13.

Doh. The only other things I can think of: Try again at level 17. Check to make sure you own the pack. Check to make sure your VIP didn't expire. Here's the picture linked above that I missed:

Put in a ticket. I doubt this will magically resolve itself when you hit lvl 17.

Was there ever a resolution to this issue?

We have a group of 4 that flagged for Ascension Chamber on Hardcore at level 12 and are all having the same issue where the NPC will no longer interact with any of the characters, all items are on table to use in Litnay, cannot abandon quest, shows everyone is on part 2, but cant enter and it doesnt show we have the quest.

We tried leveling to 13 / 14, did a lesser, put sigil in the bank to see if he would give another, tried sharing raid (cannot be shared), put in a bug report and ticket (those are not looked at on Hardcore), tried entering through door while another member in party (who does have raid) was in the raid iteslf.

Out of options and did not see where any resolution came from this post.
