    Default I want the pack I paid for or my money back now

    dahell do you have to do around here to get support? No numbers to call, a help ticket system with an estimated 5 hour wait, and devs who don't answer private messages.

    How do you guys even do business?
    Sometimes I pull one out just to watch it die over and over. That's how much I hate hires.

    I do. I filled out a help ticket and sent the email to support. I also sent you a PM.

    Keep an eye on your help ticket status. They are notorious for closing out the tickets as "Solved" without ever replying. If that happens, reopen a new ticket and reference the first ticket number.

    5 hours?

    Maybe for an auto-close without comment.

    Typical lead-time for cases on https://help.standingstonegames.com is more like 30+ days, and that's just if they can't help you. If you're actually expecting some kind of resolution to your case, Q2 2021 at the soonest.

    My first ticket is submited 20 days ago,but still not solved for now

    Well, maybe I'm lucky but my first ticket is solved within 48hrs.

    I also think 5h is a very short amount of time for customer support, normally you'd wait for a couple of days to a week, longer if they can't solve it.

    5 hours is a very short amount of time for SSG customer support, but it's not a short time for any reasonable customer service department.

    5 days only?

    I'm at 2 months now (well 2 day short) to get information about one of my character that has a error message: "Your character could not be saved".

    Now I would happy to hear an answer like this: "your character is lost, and you never get it back, sorry". Because at least I would be able to delete and free up that slot without regrets...
