Hi, I am a Carceri storm WL nearing level cap and noticed Ice storm still does not display correctly. However, when I cast it from a scroll, it looks right. Is this still broken for others?

Yes still bugged. I have an epic level toon that is CS and i dont even have this spell on a hot bar. it was slated to be fixed recently but that must of got scrubbed due to all the other bugs they didnt fix before releasing feywild and are now having to fix post-release.
