I cannot seem to get DC on tact det high enough to be any good in end game and the damage is terrible. Is there anything I can do to make this spell viable either as damage or crowd control in legendary sharn etc?

Many sharn mobs have high reflex saves and quite a lot have also Evasion. What's your DC?
