Tactics DC boosts and Falconry attacks

Hey all!

Played a Cleric/rogue 14/6 a while ago (Quarterstave melee), was a blast in heroics, but pretty garbage in epics (damage too low to be a DPS, no good healing)

As ill reincarnate sooner or later (and i now have Sireth), i want to try to play that build again, in slightly different: 18Cleric (max heal aura) and Rogue 2 (with tomes just barely enough skill points and 15% attackspeed).

Ive got a few questions:

- War domain gives tactical DC boost equal to half cleric level. Does that apply to Falconry attacks? (decides whether i should spec into falconry for damage or warpriest for heals)
- Same question for deadly instinct/Divine Might
- Do positive caster level increases like Crusader levels/Intense healing (RS) work on heal aura? Tooltip says "per 3 cleric levels" but we all know how well written tooltips are :)

Falconry attacks scale from Wisdom modifier and Assassinate bonuses. Tactical bonuses DO NOT include Assassinate.
If you want to pump Falconry attacks DC, look for items/enhancements that specifically boost Assassinate.

Enhancements:
- Falconry T2 Watch the Center (+3)
- Rogue Assassin Capstone (+2)
- Rogue Assassin T5 Measure the Foe (up to +5, have to build up stacks by sneaking)

Destiny:
- Legendary Dreadnought T4 Unusial Tactics (+2)
- Shadowdancer Cores (+2)
- Shadowdancer T1 Stealthy (+6)

Feats:
- Scion of Astral Plane (+4)

Notable Endgame Items:
Ring of the Silver Tongue (Killing Time raid) (9 + 4 insightful)
Devilscale Bracers (Legendary VoD raid) (10 + 4 insightful)
The Family Blesing (Project Nemesis raid) (+2 quality)
