Hello, thinking of going tiefling sorcerer and was wondering does sovereign infernal apply crit chance and crit damage to the other othe element you select as well as power? Was thinking of using the red rain staff with fire and electric elements along with my green steel 35% fire crit damage bonus. I was thinking of getting another 3 tier electric green steel item to match but it would rock if that enhancrment did that. If it does ill probably ho acid second gs item to mesh with burnscar sash indtead.
