Drop rate of Strap of Autumn Leaves - artifact

I am wondering what the drop rate for this item is and if it is ultra rare or something? I have ran all 13 quests in feywild daily since release and haven't seen it drop yet. i think i have opened at least 140 chests between the quests and rares in the wilderness. I am beginning to wonder if it even does drop. Ive pulled the necklace and both gloves artifacts multiple times and just fed them to my secondary sentient Jewel i use for my level 20 after E-TR's.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Now that you mention it. I’ve ran the whole chain on R6+ multiple times and all of us have pulled every artifact multiple times, but never seen this one drop

i've had the opposite effect with it, had about three of them , wondering if the others exist

It's just RNG.
I have pulled 6 or more, only thing I've pulled more of is the artifact exhaustion necklace.

OTOH I've run Needle god knows how many times , using rerolls, in pugs and solo, and have yet to see the Autumn Robe drop for anyone.

Got my Strap of Autumn leaves halfway through the first time I ran the chain. It even had a Mythic +1 bonus.

Still looking for my first Soul Vessel though.

Maybe they're like Steam Trading Cards. Everyone's guaranteed to get part of the set but the last few pieces are only attainable by trading with players. Fun new mechanic!
If only they remembered to turn BtA off on them.

You're just unlucky. I have pulled more than I know what to do with. At this point they are just food.
