Falconry Ranger needs help with an Assassinate DC breakdown.

I wish to optimize my Assassinate DC as a bow-using Falconer in order to make the birds deliver death more reliably.

I know it's not an optimal build per se, I'm just trying to optimize the concept as far as the game'll allow me to go.

Given the concept was going to be a Wis-based archer, I chose to go for para-arrows to help my usual duo partner, an Assassin, land his own hits on mooks. It's been working fine so far.

Here comes the questions:
I just got to 20, as a pure Ranger.
Beyond a craftable stat item and assassinate/insightful assassinate item, what should I be on the hunt for? Am I missing anything, or is there all there is to it?

Is there a new Legendary Assassinate item I should try and fetch that's not conflicting with the Wallwatch set?

This is an excellent item, however, it can be hard to acquire, since it drops from the raid, Killing Time.

I still do not have the ring, so I instead use Whispering Ring, which drops from Total Chaos in the Keep of the Borderlands area. However, this is not a legendary item, but it is easy enough one to acquire.

If you are looking for a legendary/semi legendary assassinate item, the Legendary Bracers of the Hidden Blade might be a good item to farm up from 'The Newcomers' as well.

Raidgear-wise, yes, the Ring of the Silver Tongue is a very good ring to go after if you can spare a ring slot. Otherwise, the Devilscale Bracers from Legendary Vision of Destruction is another very good assassinate item to look for!

I'll definitely try to find the Bracers of the Hidden Blade. Those are attainable, and surpass anything I could craft.

Honestly, your best bet is going to be the Devilscale bracers from LVoD because it’s the only item offering both Assassinate and Ins. Assassinate on one piece. If you can fit in The Family’s Blessing (from Project Nemesis), that’s your Quality Assassinate item, giving you a grand total of +16 to assassinate.
