Default Movement Speed Multiplier -2% as soon as 1 monster has aggro.

Seems like only 1 hostile npc debuffs movement speed by 2%, further mobs aggroed/alert also reduces but i guess that one is intended.

    Any thoughts?

    omg, good catch

just tried this with char sheet open yeah my movement speed multiplier 131% drops to 129 in the exact same moment i get aggro even from afar, but really far, testing in wilderness, by even a single mob. the moment it's dead, it goes back to 131%. it's not about distance, not about alert, it's about aggro. something new, or never observed before. really good catch OP
(tested with feat blinding speed as only source of movement speed, and...thinking about it, shouldn't my movement be 132% ???)

mounted, no change. when i mount my fast palomino the speed set to 200% and stay that way (unrelated, it just flashes briefly as 236 for a moment when summoning, weird)

    this is mildly disturbing.
