I bought Fables of the Feywild DLC collector's edition,use paypal,but I dont know why they refund me.And I still can use it.This is mean you dont get the funds. I sended email to ssg-support@standingstonegames.com try to solve this problem,Antares (Standing Stone Games Help),responsed me and lock out my account,He/She told me that if PayPal is unable to revert the refund, we will have to capture a new payment from you manually.But now my account cant login DDO,DDO market, I don't get a manually payment link,what's next step now ?? I can't play my game,my toon, please delete the DLC from my account,I'll buy it agin.Please dont lock my account.Thank you

So you had access to the content, but got a refund. But then, trying to do the right thing and give them their money back, you get locked? That's not cool.


First thing I'd check is the activity history of your Paypal account. Perhaps you accidentally paid twice and they refunded the double payment?

If that wasn't the case, contact Paypal to try getting a reason for the refund and what you need to do to resend it. (Where are you located?)

Unfortunately, it's the weekend so the chance of any of the Powers dropping by before Monday is slim. Good luck, tho.

I contact PayPal and they check my account,everything is norm.They told me that I need contact seller solve it,because the money is back to me already.

So i submit request to standing alone games help system,like you said,trying to do the right thing,and next,they lock me out.

They'll be in the office in a few hours and you *should* hear something sometime today (Monday), hopefully.

Well, there are a few billion people on this planet who do not know about USA holidays (just as millions of Americans who do not know about other countries' Holidays). He is possibly one of them. It is likely a simple Thursday for them.
