IPS Not working with some throwing weapons

Can confirm today that Improved Precise Shot (IPS) does not work with the named dagger "Return to Sender". More to the point, To-Hit rolls are not being made. Switching to another throwing weapon or disabling IPS allows for ranged damage to correctly perform.

Yes this issue has been around for at least 4 years or Update 37. It begs the question, why has this not been fixed after 4 years?

This was largely addressed in U45 with the release of alchemist. It appears Return to Sender was overlooked.

Legendary Greensteel and Ravenloft Throwing Daggers now properly strike enemies while Improved Precise Shot is active.

Thank you for the info m8. Will check in on this from time to time as this is a nice weapon to have it so gimp'd. Especially when good throwing daggers at that lvl are rare.
