Can someone from Technical Support please respond?

I tried to install the game and it keeps pausing and wont finish the install.
I have tried on both my laptop and PC and it will not go past 88%.
I am paying for this game and I cant even download the game.
Please advise !!

Thank you for your help. I did a registry cleaner and was finally able to install the game but now i have a totally new and completely frustrating issue.

The game now pauses every second so it unplayable and the sounds keep looping.

This thread stated that mcafee antivirus was causing problems.
