For my swashbuckler, I use.. Epic Swashbuckler.
For general purposes, I guess the ML17 boots from Sharn or the belt from Cannith challenges.

Cru121 gave what I view as the two best options for Barbarian for named items:

    - https://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Epic_Spare_Hand

Another option is Cannith Crafting - I personally use a Cannith Crafted belt as it lets me load it as my Strength item as well.

Pinc Punch - Unarmed Monk (Uber Completionist) // Porc the Orc - Paladin // Thunderborn - Warlock // Imustbe Emo - PewPew Rogue // Aquamine Artifact - Crafting Artificer (shelved)

The annoying thing is you got the madstone for boots and the borderland's belt for quality strength (insightful strength doesn't matter as you can craft that too). Obviously +2 str isn't THAT in the overal thing but +11% doublestrike most definatelly is.
