    Angry Cannot buy Fables of the Feywild Bundle

    I'd like to purchase U47 ULTIMATE FAN BUNDLE yesterday.

    After submitting all info of my visa card, it shows an error page.

    It says:Our records show that the Payment Source you entered is already on file. When you are completing a transaction click on the "Stored Payment Source" tab and identify the payment method you prefer. You may need to enter your Password to access your Stored Payment Sources.


    Then, nothing happened and no instruction! I am unable to accomplish the payment! I tried it for 4hours!!! SO Stupid!


    I submitted a ticket to https://help.standingstonegames.com/ with id is 148634 yesterday. But nobody reply. SO Frustrated!


    Does Standingstonegames abandon the customers outside USA? Standingstonegames don't want earn money at all.

    Exact same thing. Except I've been waiting 4 days with no response. I tried opening an in-game ticket, which was closed without response, 18hrs later while I was online.

    I'm starting to think they don't want my money, and I should be thinking about spending it elsewhere.

    Same here... I get prompted to enter my credit details (same one I use in DDO store)... first I get an error with billing address (yeah, right) then it states that this account already exists but I cannot buy the [basic] package and it doesn't explain why.

    I AM NOT A ROBOT

    EDIT: just tried again and I get another error message, but this time saying:

    "PURCHASE CANNOT BE COMPLETED
    We’re sorry, your purchase cannot be completed. Possible reasons for this may be:
    You have previously purchased the item.
    This purchase cannot be applied to your subscription(s).
    Offer is no longer available for purchase at this time.
    We are currently experiencing technical difficulties.
    We are currently performing maintenance."

    WHO IS A ROBOT? I have no clue if I have bought the frigging package or not. Possible reasons for this may be:
    - I have the memory of a gold fish and am swimming with sharks.
    - I have been sniffing industrial adhesive and am not thinking straight.
    - I have played DDO so much recently my IQ has shrunk to a figure even lower than the current POTUS.
    - I have just completed a Customer Service Training Program and the secondary effects of the frontal lobotomy haven't worn off yet.
    - The sprites inside my head are currently performing maintenance. Sorry for any inconvenience.
    - None of the above, it ain't my fault that I can't get no sleep... creepy noises make my heart beat, I can't get no sleep.

    Having the same problem and the same response from help. Playing DDO from day one (started in the european servers and lost all my characters and had to start from scratch) and well...guess is clear is time to move on. Gonna miss my guildies but not being able to pay or buy content is the last straw for me. Sounds stupid but I would assume the last thing a company wants to screw up is being able to receive payment from its clients.

    Default Try paypal credit card rerouter

    So, I had a similar problem and this workaround did the trick.

    Choose "paypal" (don't worry if you don't have a paypal account). In paypal, choose the option to pay with a credit card (i.e. paypal credit card processing). Enter your information and submit. Done and done!

    Me and my girl play for 12 years and we are having the same problem I'm so sick of their incompetence ! !

    This should be on the steam store ! ! !

    They launch an expansion and dont even keep customer support on the stand by in what's app or twitch or whatever ! ! ! !

    SO FREAKING LAZY ! !

    Having the same problem a month later. Sent e-mail + ticket, waited and got a reply that they will look into it.
    Guess it is not a high priority.

    1. Got the expansion for myself no problem. Cant buy it as a gift.
    2. Tried to log under mr-gary acc. and pay with my credit card and the above happened.
    No option for paypall, cant even change the currency as the pop up...simply pops out and go straight to above.

    I'm still having the same problem. When I try to pay I get the following error
    "Were sorry an unexpected error has occurred while we were processing your request. If you encounter this same error again, please contact us so we can offer further assistance at help.standingstonegames.com."

    I created a ticket and sent an email. Should I get my hopes up? Any updates from the previous posters? Are your issues resolved?

    Still not working. Well, maybe better not do spend more money anyway. I did not see a single LFM for it.

    Btw. WWiki says it can be bought for DDO points. Well, it CAN'T
