5 days later, I finally got a response from help. It didn't help. They suggested a different browser, which of course was the first thing I already tried 5 days ago. Unbelievable. Not only does SSG not want my $130, they also assume I'm a moron.
Now i suppose I need to wait another 5 days for another response. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. SSG literally wont take my money.
I give up. After 14 yrs, and thousands of dollars, it's obviously time for a new game.
