Getting booted from server?

I've been having the game freeze-up, lag-out, and boot me from the game.

This is not abnormal, but it's gotten FAR worse in the last 6-8 weeks.

I've not gone a whole day without this happening at least once and sometimes 2-3 times.

Is anyone else experiencing this phenomenon or am I alone in this regard?

seems this is not a widespread phenomenon.
Are you sure everything is working on your end? Your description would point me to your graphic card. Maybe it is overheating?

My DDO crashed yesterday and gotten stuck in loading screens maybe 4-5 times in the last week, which doesn't happen often to me I think all year I might've gotten stuck on a loading screen once before that?

My raid night was cut short last night because ddo got stuck on loading screens about a dozen times, across multiple characters and zones (though Sharn staging area is the worst). I had to force-quit through Task Manager, and then I couldn't get past the launcher at all for 10 minutes at a time--it would just get stuck on the stage where it's trying to download the .jpgs for splash screens/ads; rebooting the entire computer didn't help. I fiddled with proxy server/no proxy server, didn't matter. Eventually, after a while, I could get into a character, and then it would get stuck in a loading screen, often from the character selection screen. No computer or OS updates since I played Friday, and my internet was working fine otherwise, so this is on DDO's end.

Everyone in our group (Khyber server) has had problems with frozen loading screens for over a month, but this was a new level of broken. I was planning to purchase the expansion today, but no way I'm forking over even $50 Canadian for an expansion (let alone more for a higher tier) with the game in this state.

Ive had some issues with client hanging on load screens while entering different zones and usually a client restart clears it up for me.

The other day i had my first real issue of not being able to enter a zone after trying many times to load House J to get to Night Revels which started when i teleported in with scroll. It cleared up after loading into Eberron at login but after running to House J i still couldnt load in. Next i loaded into The Forgotten Realms after login and teleported with a scroll again and finally loaded in.

I concluded that it was a very busy time in House J with Night Revels on.

Just happened again, while trying to port to meridia for Leg r1 shroud. took 5 tries to get past launcher, finally got to character screen, locked up again on loading screen. even this forum takes 5 minutes to load. if ddo could maybe send me the 600,000 xp you just cost me, that would be great.

Maybe because of Night Revels? It always gets very crowded around that time and so servers become more unstable... I keep getting stuck on loading screens also

I've had some issues since Night Revels opened (my favourite event!), but nothing this bad. I blame whatever tinkering they are doing in the background to prepare for the expansion launch in a couple of days.

This has been happening on every server since the last update.
