Shifter Core Ability Increases Give Nothing

It seems the core stat increases gives nothing, tried multiple times, logging out and in, and nope...doesn't add anything. It also seems you don't get a +1 passive either, correct me if i am wrong on that one.

Are they doing anything about how bad the animation of shifter monks syncs with the sound theyve copied from other races?

also are shifter rages meant to uncentre monks when only the razorclaw gets an enhancement mentioning rage now uncentres monks?

Hopefully they fix the favored enemy feat not working as well. Since this is currently the only way to get Fey...

I've gone into this at length on the last update thread. My testing showed that no matter which you picked, your charisma gets the bonus. The devs said that it would be fixed in U48. ( Feywild ) Kind of surprised me as it seems this would be an easy bug to fix but one should never doubt the chaos power of spaghetti code.
