    Default Shifter Hit Box off?

Its somewhat subjective, and I haven't played monk a lot recently, but the unarmed razorclaw shifter's hit box feels really small. Have to be sitting in the mobs lap to hit them.

The first two animation attacks in particular seem to have an extremely small hit box. I found a distance from the training dummies where attacks 1 and 2 in the chain never hit the dummy, and attacks 3 and 4 always hit. The distance was pretty darn close to the dummy.

Claw attacks appear to be using Dual Weapon-sized hitboxes instead of Monk Handwrap-sized hitboxes; we'll get that fixed for a future patch (hopefully, U48).

We don't only build for the builds that exist.
We don't only build for the builds that are good right now.

The fact that some changes are necessary is not diminished by the fact that other necessary changes have not happened yet.

why would dual weapons hitbox/reach be smaller reach than handwraps. that makes no sense physically or logically.

Have to give Monks/Shifters something (longer reach) as Handwrap damage usually isn't as good as TWF with actual weapons is.

I'm not sure that's how you should really make that damage up, but I'm guessing that's how SSG decided to do it.

This^, in so many words, is how you say time and feedback on Lamannia are wasted.

Are you aware that greataxes and mauls don't align with the hands of female shifters? I assume you are, but please fix this asap either way.

edit: oh yah and greatswords/falchions don't rest on the shoulder. that alignment is off too. they hold them as if they're supposed to be resting them on the shoulder, but there is a gap there. it looks bad.

As for handwraps having more reach, let's pretend it's the KI.

The reach for handwraps isn't really the reach for handwraps though, right? In dnd (at least since 3rd and monk was a base class, not a kit like in adnd/2nd) monk unarmed is anything--headbutts, slaps, punches, knees and kicks. Could be the extra reach is because of kicks? It kind of makes sense a monk using their whole body might have a reach advantage over someone with say, two daggers.

I think it's fine and your explanation works for me.

Going by that logic a Monk shouldn't be able to apply the kick animation when too close to the target due to lack of room to maneuver. Same can be said to those with large two handed weapons. But, D&D is a game that allows you to use your imagination to break the laws of physics.
