I purchased DDO Mists of Ravenloft Ultimate Fan Bundle 5-days ago and I have yet to receive my code.

I entered a ticket and got a response asking additional questions regarding my purchase.

I have answered all the questions, but still do not have my code to unlock Ravenloft.

I want my money back. You processed my payment the same day I placed my order. I have yet to receive it.

I am glad you have switched to having folks log into the system to buy expansions because I won't be using "We will mail you your code to you" **** gain.
