    Default Celestial Pact: Bless - Potential bug

    Anyone else noticed Bless has a 50% arcane spell failure? Is that a bug or am I being stupid?

    Pact spells are still subject to ASF. What's your ASF for other spells? To hit 50% you must be pretty decked out with heavy armor and a tower shield - does it drop when you unequip those?
