Downloading Keeps Stopping

Recently Wiped my pc, and trying to download again, yet launcher seems to keep stopping every 5 secs.

UPDATE: Gets to 77% freezes, or Gets to 88% and closes..

UPDATE 2: Freezes around 4000 / 8000 Dat Files. (Somehow around 90%).

Reading that, I remembered I didn't have directx installed, Installed it, and it got a little bit further, Thought it was fixed, then while it was doing the last steps of installation, (Dat Files). It froze.

Also, I do have to keep running as admin, or else it stops at 77, or crashes at 88. Also All antiviruses and defender, and firewall is all shut off.

Now its just down to reloading it everytime it stops, and hope for the best.

It stops for me on both my PC and Laptop at 88% !!

Is there a fix for this?

I did a registry cleaner and was finally able to install the game but now i have a totally new and completely frustrating issue.

The game now pauses every second so it unplayable and the sounds keep looping.

Any ideas?
