Cannot buy expansion

I cannot buy the expansion. When I try to login to purchase, I get bounced to a Daybreak Games login page. My DDO credentials do not work there. The "forgot user name" and "forgot password" options do not work because they don't recognize my email or user name. I cannot create a Daybreak account because it says that my user name is taken. I cannot get support because I do not have an account.
I submitted a ticket SSG, there is nothing else I can do. I cannot log into the SSG Support page either. Why so may third party logins and channels? Why can't I just log into the game and buy the expansion? This is very frustrating to say the least. I never have trouble with the in game store but everything else has been and still is a burning trash pile.

im havin the same problem. i try to throw money at ddo and it still cant catch it.

You get that Daybreak login screen when your DDO password contains keys/characters which are not recognised by the buying page.

Solution :

Make a new, simpler DDO password, buy, then make a new strong DDO password again.

PROBLEM SOLVED :-)
My DDO password was incompatible with Daybreak. Xann assisted me, changing DDO password solved problem. You cannot use symbols like !@#$%^&*
Get a new password without these. Only small & large letters and numbers.
