Question for anybody who has already pre-purchased...Are the unicorn mounts each 1/game world or is it something all characters on the account get? I would assume it is 1/game world but I don't see anything specifying one way or the other. Thanks!

Seriously garbage in ability to purchase here.

First time through presented with an option to choose CC or Paypal.

Choose CC after all thats how I pay in game.

Error message. Ok can go back and try Paypal, however no payment options presented. They are stored somewhere and are NOT presented for alteration.

--The Mounts may be a big selling point for some people but even with mounts being out for a while now, they are still uncommon to see, and lets be honest, not that useful in an instanced based game.

While from Sharn, you got 140 Astral Shards (795), 3 Major Guild Renown Pots (1050 [350*3]), 20 Greater Treasure Pots (600 [300*2]), 5 Mirrors of Glamering (1225 [245*5)]), Weapon Auras (95+ [95* #ofCharacters]) and a Dimensional Augment bag (1992 Points [not purchasable]). All, except for maybe the Guild Renown pots, are useful to every player.
--Extrapolated the Augment bag based off of current price for Colossal w/ 300 slots for 1195 (Dimensional has 500 slots)

Ravenloft you got, 140 Astral Shards (795), 3 Supreme Cakes (1050 [350*3]), 2 Rest Shrines (1390 [695*2]), 5 Mirrors of Glammering (1225), Shared Storage 10 slots (995), Weapon Aura (95+), Character Slot (625) and 60 Days of VIP ($29.99)

Just from a point perspective that is 6175 Points + $29.99 VIP Code with Ravenloft, 5757 Points of with Sharn, and then 1620 Points + 2 Mounts for Feywild.
--I could not find single mounts for sale in the store, but that would make them worth about 2000 points each. Not sure if that will be the value of purchasable mounts in the future, but the Borderlands bonus items price would indicate that is about twice what they are worth since you get a 5 piece cosmetic set, mount bag (not in store) and a steed there for 2995 points.

Sorry for the long rant to a simple comment at the beginning. I want to support this game and have bought the Ultimate bundles with previous expansions but I cannot justify the value this time around.

From yesterday (2020-10-13 ) I try Pre-Purchase this new expansion but I have problem.
Can't have option where I can select PayPal as my paying option.
After inserting Name, Password and Captcha Code it transfer me directly on CC page

where is no button for PayPal.

Can somebody help me where to select PayPal as option?

I tried:
- 2 devices Notebook Windows 7 Pro 64-bit and PC Windows 10 64-bit = with same results no PayPal only CC page

RESULT:
- Page always throws me on CC site named Add Payment Card -> Enter Payment Card Information https://account.daybreakgames.com/au...d!input.action

- Through upper menu DDO Market -> Newest Expansion (https://store-new.standingstonegames.com/ddo/expansions)
it throws me on Expansion Fey page then I click on Ultimate Fan Bundle -> this throws me on Add Payment Card page no PayPal option ((

- switching browsers to IE, Firefox, Internet Explorer = not working
- switching from US Dolars to EURO = not working
- click on BUY NOW purple which is at the TOP of Expansion Fey page and BUY NOW green button at the bottom = still throws me CC page

after writing Username, Password and completing Not robot task still throws me on CC page.
Looks PayPal choose option is disabled or screen skiped

- I tried add my paypal account in game and pair to my account but still no result ;o(

- I Created new account for buying this expansion on https://account.daybreakgames.com and from ddo.com page = no changes

- Instaled new Java = no success

- On my PC are installed all updates.

Any hints?

When will the Shifter Iconic become available for purchase in the DDO store ?

I normally purchased the top tier of each expansion pack for my 2 accounts and my son's account, but will not be purchasing any tier this time because of my experience with the "Too hot to handle" raid from the Sharn.

Specifically very few people were willing or capable to run that raid even on normal which reduced the amount of times I could run it. The issue isn't my ability to handle the raid, but rather it significantly limits the # of people I can find to run the raid on normal at a time when the population is already low.

Unless you change direction and set the difficulty so an average (or at least slightly above average) group can typically complete new raids on normal I decided not to make any more purchases including expansions, VIP or points. I would like to see raiding go back to it's roots where challenge was built into the difficulty system rather than gating a raid entirely even on normal.

Raiding is what I enjoy the most and it's pointless if you gate the raid so it's difficult to find enough people willing to run it outside of a few raiding guilds.

I don't expect you to change your direction, but wanted to provide my feedback. If you do change directions I will be happy to purchase the xpacs as long as it's clear to me before the expansion goes live. Otherwise I am happy to support the game by playing from time to time, but not by paying.
