I'm backing up some files and wanted to back up my DDO settings in case I ever need them again e.g. reinstalling Windows, new PC, ect.

The other items are pretty self-explanatory like ui, keymap, and UserPrefrences. I don't have a clue what the CEF folder is but I see what looks like some sort of user data and some sort of cache folder. Is this folder worth backing up? What is it?
