When are you going to fix the chat issues on Thelanis?

Noticed a few chat issues on Thelanis yesterday and today.

Been fine for a while before that.

Usual pattern is I have no sound on log in. I relog to fix that, and then find chat is down. The issues yesterday and today only lasted a few minutes, so not as prolonged as before.

Just concerning it may be creeping back though. It was awful before.

It´s been like this since august. We have been complainning but they don´t seen to care and some player even defends SSG saying that we can play with discord.

Chat issues.

Server Lag and connections lines with 20%-30% loss. Sometimes I must reconnect 3-5 times to have one without loss.


So then I see thelanis empty we all understand the reason. People play to have fun, not to be stressed with those problems.

any update? it has been months and we still have the chat bug issues

But now it's back. Chat never connecting, chat that connects and disconnects constantly.

It's going on two months now and still no fix. This is making it extremely difficult to group/raid when you can't communicate with your party.

ever heard of discord?

never had any issues with messaging using /me [message] but then everyone would have to watch general or make a new chat tab.
