Premium downgraded to F2P

So just tried to login my Alt account but it says I only have 3 slots.
I have had this account since 2012 and had 4 toons on it since I don't know when. All logged in OK a month ago.

I have logged a ticket to get Premium restore, will see what happens.

I am seeing several posts over recent months reporting the same but nothing from teh Devs to explain the problem.
