Mass Heal Casting Time

Mass heal needs it's casting time set to something reasonable. At one point it was balanced ish, but now it's absurd. Alchemists can cast essentially the same spell much faster, and other powerful heal spells exist in the - Mass Regenerate IMO outshines Mass Heal.

Can we please get the time to cast mass heal set to something that is more in line with the current game.

On the flip side, when you cast Mass Heal, you can generally count on it hitting its target. Alchemists don't get that.
