Cant access new Feydark tree

I transferred to lamannia and TR'd, started a new shifter iconic, and went to 15, when I try to access the Feydark tree it is greyed out, it never allows to to assign my familiar, the 1st point in the tree. How do i get this to work?

I tried rolling a new character and have the same issues.

Yes, I did go to the store, and purchase the Tree, its no longer available in the store.

I took it and it solved the issue, I just didnt know that it was a prerequisite.
