Did you choose Wood Elf because you want to use falchions? Why not half-orc and greataxes or Greatswords?
Also, Why perfect two weapon fighting?

Horc orc is arguably better, but that's down to preference. Given this build isn't optimized, wood elf is fine.

Greataxes and greatswords, however, are both not worth using for a dps barb. Greataxe on a fury barb, sure. On a dps barb, no. Falchion is superior.
So both horc and wood elf use falchions, just down to preference/racial ap between the two races.

    What exactly is "not optimized"?

Also Perfect TWF gives 5% DS, hence why taking it on a THF character.

Well duh, but maybe say that to the person who asked why perfect TWF.

Aside from that, this build hasn't changed since you posted it on the vault, so has room for improvement - given you think it's the "top melee build" and all.

Talking This Cookie ain't Cutting much

(Combat): You attack Doom Reaper. You roll a 20 (+186): you hit!
(Combat): You roll to confirm a critical on Doom Reaper. You roll a 20 (+220): Critical hit resisted!

75% fort debuff and 68% bypass allows for a lot of crits actually lol.

LOL, did you change the build? I could've sworn you didn't have falconry first time I checked.
Also, not using wisdom trance when you're that deep in the tree - big ooph

Wisdom trance doesn’t stack with insightful deadly on hammerfists.

No trance does, but you can get your wisdom high enough to give a higher bonus than hammerfists, as well as giving tactic dcs, so you can have no-fail dire charge and a working stunning blow, which also works with strikethrough which barbs have a ton of.

Hi, I recently returned to the game and I have a lvl 29 barb atm who was using mauls and following Zodas Pure Zergbarian build. I would like to transition to this build as it it more up to date with the game but I was wondering if it is possible to play with zero reaper points to start or should I wait until I have a decent amount of them before switching?

Also, is this build meant for party play only? How do you heal yourself solo if not?

Thank you for posting the build and for any questions you can answer!

Its meant for party reaper play. You can definitely play it outside of reaper but its optimized for reapers

Ok thanks. I have almost all the gear now, just missing the LGS items. I'm now grinding out the mats to finish the crafting portions of the "nearly finished" items and I had 1 more question.

Why do we put 21 Wis on the goggles? What does wisdom do for this build? We don't take battle trance from what I can see so I am not sure what the use would be other than will save. What am I missing?

Thanks again for any answers and for the build! Having a lot of fun playing this!

Edit: Also, what is our main dps weapon? Tail of Suulomades?

Why do you assume he was talking to you? He was clearly answering you first, then answering the person that asked... DUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

Nope, to low - get 3pc summer or the fey 3pc augment bonus. Also 3pc The Beast's Mantle set

Falconry 24? Hell No, where is your 74+ int and know the angles?

MRR 124? might as well use light armor, cap dodge 25%?, move reaper bonus to prr, add occult slayer PRR (since you won't need all those dead falconry points), and go for 300+ prr so your not stone in someones bag in r10

Blinding Speed? not even once for fun
    Epic Toughness and Toughness? nope
    Dire Charge nope.
    Epic Damage Reduction yes (prr)
    Deific Warding yes (prr)
Two Weapon Defense yes (prr and 110 mrr)

    wood elf points are wrong/missing
    item setup needs work

For 15 action points, the Wood Elf tree gives 4% to hit, 2 strength, +3 to hit and damage, +4 saves vs enchantments, and 5% double strike.

For 15 action points, the Half Orc tree gives +4 strength when at lower hp, 2 strength always, +6 to hit and damage, 20% strikethrough, and 20% damage vs helpless opponents. The last one could also be a 4[W] attack that's an auto crit, or you could take them both if you put in an extra action point taken from somewhere else.

This build looks solid, though I can't imagine why it would perform better than the 11/8/1 Wolf Barbarian split. That build has the highest dps among THF builds right now.
