Did you choose Wood Elf because you want to use falchions? Why not half-orc and greataxes or Greatswords?
Also, Why perfect two weapon fighting?

Horc orc is arguably better, but that's down to preference. Given this build isn't optimized, wood elf is fine.

Greataxes and greatswords, however, are both not worth using for a dps barb. Greataxe on a fury barb, sure. On a dps barb, no. Falchion is superior.
So both horc and wood elf use falchions, just down to preference/racial ap between the two races.

    What exactly is "not optimized"?

Also Perfect TWF gives 5% DS, hence why taking it on a THF character.

Nope, to low - get 3pc summer or the fey 3pc augment bonus. Also 3pc The Beast's Mantle set

Falconry 24? Hell No, where is your 74+ int and know the angles?

MRR 124? might as well use light armor, cap dodge 25%?, move reaper bonus to prr, add occult slayer PRR (since you won't need all those dead falconry points), and go for 300+ prr so your not stone in someones bag in r10

Blinding Speed? not even once for fun
    Epic Toughness and Toughness? nope
    Dire Charge nope.
    Epic Damage Reduction yes (prr)
    Deific Warding yes (prr)
Two Weapon Defense yes (prr and 110 mrr)

    wood elf points are wrong/missing
    item setup needs work

Yes it was, gearing changed considerably. I am not even sure what the best gearing is now.

Barbarian gearing nowadays is actually pretty standard. Titania's Glory, Legendary Tinkerer's Goggles, Legendary Family Recruit Sigil, Legendary Enforcer's Coat, Legendary Cloak of Summer, Devilscale Bracers, Legendary Hammmerfist, Legendary Lionheart Ring, Legendary Ring of Prowess, Legendary Belt of the Ram, Legendary Thorn Boots, The Heart of Suulomades.

There are some gearsets that make better use of cool items like the Bloodrage Chrism but this one has higher dps due to maxing deception bonuses as well as melee power.

Drop improved critical as most end game weapons will have keen.

Falconry only real benefits from +5% HP bonus and 30% helpless. Shifter tier 5 gives same HP bonus while raged and if you have the racial AP only costs you 1 AP.

Vistani is marginal in my opinon for the points spent. Just from I have toyed around with.

Personal I would go for t5 and last core in ravager. Much more survivability than frenzied. Then spend remaining in frenzied and maybe pick up KtA in harper.

Do this and you will have a better optimized high reaper barb.

Improved Critical is a prerequisite for Overwhelming Critical

Falconry only real benefit is 30% helpless

Vistani is the only source of Haste Boost for pure barb, after ED revamp in U51

    personal is personal

Don't do that, as you won't have access to Overwhelming Critical, meaning less DPS.
