DEX Assassin Gearset?

Anyone have an up-to-date Dex-based Assassin gearset they'd care to share?

Been working on one all morning with the DDO Named Gear Planner and I'm starting to get a bit discouraged. I'm just missing a few things and when I find what I'm looking for, it just causes a gear cascade of replacing a few other items.

Why don't you put down what you have so far to better flesh out the options and situational choices.
This way it can grow organically and create a timeline of options when new gear comes out.

From my own planning, I think it's only missing Assassinate (which is why I need the raid ring) and Accuracy 33ish. I tried the Celestial Ruby ring for some testing and didn't see that much of a difference with the extra Accuracy, so I went back to the Sapphire for Improved Deception (which I suspect is a bigger DPS bump overall).

Back: Silver Dragonscale Carpelet 10 Dex
Wrist: Devilscale Bracers
Waist: Legendary Belt of Surestrikes
Finger: Legendary Celestial Ruby Ring 21 Dex
Finger: Bloodsigil Ring
Feet: Legendary Sackles 17 Wis, 28 Armor Piercing, 20 Tendon Slice, Dex 4
Pain and Suffering

Requires Blinding Speed feat and * augment for resistance. Not sure what else I am missing from gear setup.

Gains 20 prr/mrr, 3d6 Sneak attack, 4 Con and 13 accuracy and 10 resistance if used 8 augment.
Losses 4 Profane Hit and Damage, 4 to Hit and 6 damage to Sneak Attack, 1 quality deadly.
